Coach Woody doesn’t just coach others from the sideline...he has built companies, launched startups, and worked alongside organizations trying to turn meaningful ideas into real-world impact. Across industries, classrooms, boardrooms, and stages, his work focuses on one mission: helping people build successful lives and organizations that genuinely improve the lives of others.
His coaching approach is grounded in his academic background in performance psychology and kinesiology, disciplines that study how people think, perform, and sustain high levels of output over time. Rather than relying on short bursts of motivation, he helps leaders develop the habits and systems that support high performance without burnout.
Beyond individual performance, Coach Woody has built and advised multiple startups and organizations across industries, including health and wellness, construction, software, hardtech, event management, and more. He serves as a lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Purdue University, where he helps emerging founders develop practical strategies for building organizations that solve meaningful problems.
